Short Biography
- From 2016-2021 I studied Applied Computer Science at the Heidelberg University with application field economics. Afterwards, I studied Data and Computer Science at Heidelberg University (2021-2023). I conducted research at the intersection of cybersecurity, deep learning and explainable AI for my master's thesis, titled "Adding Interpretability to an Anomaly-Based Method for Deep Packet Inspection in Intrusion Detection Systems" using novel applications of deep learning methodologies to enhance cybersecurity defenses and making their decisions explainable.
- In 2023, I joined the research group Data Analysis and Modeling in Medicine of the Mannheim Institute for Intelligent Systems in Medicine of Heidelberg University.
- In 2024, I joined the Engineering Mathematics and Computing Lab of the Interdisciplinary Center for Scientific Computing.
- Since 2024, I'm a guest researcher for the Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies.
