From 19th to 23th March 2018, the 7th conference on high performance scientific computing took place in Hanoi, Vietnam.
 

EMCL represented by Vincent Heuveline ist part of the steering committee. More than 300 participants coming from 28 countries contributed in 210 talks and 16 minisymposia. Very interesting contributions were presented in the following areas:

• mathematical modeling
• numerical simulation
• methods for optimization and control
• parallel computing: architectures, algorithms, tools and environments
• software development
• applications of scientific computing especially in physics, mechanics, hydrology, chemistry, biology, medicine.
