15-17 June 2017, 2nd International Conference on Uncertainty Quantification in Computational Sciences and Engineering (UNCECOMP) is held in Rhodes Island (Greece) by the European Community on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences (ECCOMAS).
 

UNCECOMP conference is one of the Thematic Conferences of ECCOMAS, it is this time organized in conjunction with COMPDYN (International Conference on Computational Methods in Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering). Two conferences brought together more than 600 researchers worldwide into the topic of Uncertainty Quantification (UQ), real-world industrial applications and computational techniques.

EMCL was represented by Chen Song, “multilevel preconditioner of Polynomial Chaos method for quantifying uncertainties in a blood pump” in a Mini Symposium on “efficient stochastic simulation methods”.
